The Gallatin River Retreat sits on ten very private acres, bisected by the Gallatin River. There is one-half mile of Gallatin River frontage (all with easy access) on the property--this means world class fishing out your back door!
This three bedroom home has both style and location! Situated on ten acres in a grove of trees along the Gallatin River, it's a great spot for fishermen who want to enjoy fishing right out the back door, and for anyone else who loves privacy and nature. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is a dream with a queen size bed and treetop views through four sliding glass doors to a private, second story deck. You can lie in bed and hear the river flowing by! The second bedroom, on the main floor, has one double bed. The third bedroom, also on the main floor, has two twin beds.
There is a wonderful small kitchen, with two walls of glass that look out to the yard and woods. It has an electric stove, dishwasher, and nice dinnerware and serving pieces. The dining room has a table that seats six. Again, there are glass doors to a deck with views beyond to the forest. There's a glass-fronted wood stove for a cozy fire, a TV and VCR, a great stereo system, and four sliding glass doors to a third deck. Three decks, an attractive small yard, bird feeders and birds galore, a charcoal barbecue, and your own stretch of the Gallatin River!
