Old Baldy Trail is an excellent trail to use if planning a 2 to 4 day trip into the Deep Creek area. The recommnded season of use is mid-spring to late autumn. The trail is only a fair access route top reach either Smith River or Tenderfoot Creek. Most of the trail is along ridge tops and offer excellent view of the surrounding country.
