Cole Ponds is a state fishing access site located in northeast Montana. Fishing and boating may be enjoyed on the river or Nelson Reservoir close by. There is a carry-in boat launch.

Cole Ponds is a day use area only. Restrooms are provided but there is no drinking water.

Directions: Travel 7 miles north of Saco on Secondary 243 to the end of the pavement, then 6 miles west on county road.
