Lake Upsata Guest Ranch also provides, ghost town trips, mountain bikes, horseshoes, outdoor photography and a hot tub to soothe those weary muscles.

We also provide plenty of lake fun with a peaceful sandy beach and plenty of chairs for lounging, along with paddleboats, canoes, kayaks, and rowboats to allow you quiet time and an unsurpassed view of sunsets.

Open all year, the 100 acre Lake Upsata Guest Ranch offers something for everyone from solitude and Big Sky views, to a lake begging for swimmers. This ranch is home to eagle, deer, elk, coyote and loons and is a convenient two and half hour drive to Glacier National Park, making it an ideal day trip.

For the off season traveler, we now offer hunting in the fall and snowmobiling and cross country skiing in the winter.

Directions: Lake Upsata Guest Ranch is centrally located in Western Montana, forty-five miles east of Missoula just off Highway 200. At mile marker 38, turn north and follow the signs to the lodge at Lake Upsata ( four miles).
