Afterbay Campground is a National Park service located near the town of Fort Smith in the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area. It is open all year It has 29 camping spaces on one side of the bay and an additional 12 on the other. Handicapped accessible restrooms, drinking water and a boat launch are all available at Afterbay. Fishing and walking along nature and interpretive trails are among the activites to enjoy at the campground. Trailers are allowed. Please limit your stay to 14 days. You will be asked to pay a small fee for the use of this campground.
Directions: Afterbay Campground is located at the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area, 40 miles south of Hardin County Road 313.1 miles Northeast of Yellowtail Dam.
