This beautiful log home is about halfway between Bozeman and Livingston, Montana. It offers pastoral mountain views from the house and deck that expand out to include the entire Bridger Mountain Range. The views are really phenomenal. With its secluded location, it's a wonderful spot for a retreat for family and/or friends. The home has a large deck with picnic table and outdoor furniture to enjoy outdoor living and also to view the frequent wildlife visitors.
The home has two bedrooms on the main floor, and an open loft bedroom upstairs. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a full size bed, plus a twin bed. Upstairs in the loft, the kid's room has two bunk beds, each with a full size bed on the bottom and a single bed above. The loft area has a television and VCR / DVD, plus a foosball table for some evening entertainment. Timberline Lookout can accommodate up to eight guests. There is one full bath with tub and shower in the home, on the main level.
The open kitchen area has a gas range and oven, a microwave, coffee maker, and a nice supply of cook ware and serving ware. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need. There is a bar style counter separating the kitchen from the rest of the living area. You will find a row of barstools at the counter for chatting with the cook or extra seating at meal time. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, and the living room. The dining room table seats six comfortably.
The comfortable living room has a woodstove for those chilly evenings, a small stereo system, and doors out to the deck. Out on the deck you will find a gas grill, picnic table, and other outdoor furniture for those evening barbecues.
Hiking, fishing, horseback riding, white-water rafting and all that Bozeman and Livingston have to offer. There is also great mountain biking right on the roads near the home. Yellowstone Park is about an hour and a half from the home.There's so much to do!

Directions: Fourteen miles (about a twenty minute drive) to Bozeman's Main Street and just a few miles further to Livingston. Bozeman's Gallatin Field is about a thirty minute drive away.
