This property features breathtaking, 220-degree views of Flathead Lake sunsets. The house has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and is located on two and one-half, gentle acres. The grounds include a new, 60-foot dock and fire pit area for fun and cookouts along its 240 feet of lakefront. The living room, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms have delightful views of the lake, the dining room, and the third bedroom view a large, Victorian garden. A spacious deck runs the full length of the lakeside of the house and is a pleasant area for relaxing or having a barbecue on the gas grill. The grounds and ranch-style home are very well maintained, tastefully furnished, and ideally located on the east shore 15 miles south of Bigfork. The majestic, Mission Mountains are immediately to the east and Glacier National Park is a day trip to the north. The maximum accommodation for this property is four guests.

$2400/week June - September.$2000/week Off-season

50% payment reserves rental date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

$500 Damage/cleaning deposit and a 7% Montana accommodations tax both due 30 days prior to arrival - damage/ cleaning deposit is refundable 30 days after departure date.

Cancellations forfeit deposits unless property is re-rented.

Directions: Sunset Point is located 15 miles south of Bigfork, Montana on Highway 35 on Flathead Lake.
