Amenities: phone, satellite TV, VCR, stereo, CD player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, linens provided. No smoking and no pets.

The property is located on 20 secluded mountain acres offering privacy and room to roam. It is only 30 minutes from Bozeman's Main Street, 45 minutes from Livingston and the Yellowstone River, and within 15 minutes of Bridger Bowl ski area and Bohart x-country Ski Ranch. We offer on site flyfishing instruction and guide service, scenic float trips, horseback rides and solitary trails for hikers. Activities (on site or nearby): hiking, rock climbing, biking, golf, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, museums, sightseeing, rafting.

Rates: $95/night, 1-2 guests; $145/night 3-4 guests, or $675 for five nights, $20/night each additional guest. Rates do not include 7 percent lodging tax. A 50 percent deposit due upon reservation, balance due on arrival. Refunds only for cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
