The award winning Baxter House is a Traditional Montana Farmhouse design. During the 2002 Bozeman Parade of Homes, the Farmhouse at Baxter Meadows was voted the most popular home overall. In addition, the home received first place honors for architecture and landscaping. Built in 2002, this spectacular house is tucked under cottonwood trees, is graced by a beautiful apple tree and fenced by a lilac hedge -- all remnants of an old farmstead on this picturesque valley property located in the heart of the Baxter Meadows Development.
This 3,700 square foot estate home is luxuriously furnished and designed to offer an inside to outside experience with many unique, functional spaces to enjoy. An 18 foot high stone fireplace wall, in conjunction with an equally tall window opens to the valley and mountains beyond, dramatizing the interior space.
The large, open kitchen area has a new stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. All you need to bring is food and drink. There are two dining rooms. The formal dining table seats eight comfortably. The kitchen dining room also seats eight. In addition, there is also seating for four at the kitchen bar counter.
The home has four bedrooms. The master bedroom on the main floor has a king size bed. Two upstairs bedrooms have queen size beds. The third upstairs bedroom has two twin size beds. The home will sleep up to eight guests. Rollaway beds are available for two additional guests. Towels, linens, pillows and blankets are all provided.
The home has 5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with a luxurious whirlpool tub, a hand held shower and a large vanity area. Two of the upstairs bedrooms share a full bath and the third bedroom has a private bath.
Other features include an upstairs game room with a pool table, poker table and wet bar. The home also has a laundry room and a large meeting room.

Directions: Baxter Guest House is located in Bozeman. From Interstate 90, take Exit 305 for North 19th Avenue (Road 412). Head south for approximately 1 mile to Baxter Road. Go west on Baxter Road and proceed approximately 1.2 miles.
