Located in the heart of the Gallatin Valley, the Bear Creek Angler Inn provides accommodations not found in the average Bed and Breakfast. As the name implies, the Inn caters to the outdoor enthusiast who rises early to enjoy the morning sun, spend a great day in the Montana outdoors, fishing, hunting, skiing, hiking or sightseeing, then relax in a modern country home.

The Inn is large and spacious with room enough to enjoy the solitude yet furnished to encourage the gathering of friends, both old and new. The inviting atmosphere makes it easy to enjoy your fee time. There is an area set aside for meetings, planning the next days events, reading, friendly discussions or playing games. The views of the Tobacco Roots mountains and the Spanish Peaks of the Madison range are spectacular as the evening sun goes down on another great day.

A complete gourmet breakfast, different each day is served early, unless a later time is requested, so that you can start your adventures or get to the airport for that early departure. Or, if you prefer, take your time and enjoy that second cup of coffee in the large bright dining area. Breakfasts are served buffet style and any special dietary needs can be arranged.

Our guest rooms are modern and comfortable with either queen or twin beds. They are located upstairs away from the living areas so that your privacy is assured. There is no need to bring an alarm clock as the aromas from the kitchen will tell you when its time to get up.

Bear Creek Angler Inn is located in the center of the Gallatin Valley, in the heart of the areas farming country. Only minutes from the Bozeman airport, downtown Bozeman and Belgrade and only a short drive to the major ski resorts, anywhere you wish to go is easily reached. If your plans call for a tour of Yellowstone Park, an enjoyable drive of about one and a half hours puts you at the West Yellowstone entrance.

If fishing is your reason for visiting Montana, all of the famous rivers in the area, the Madison, Jefferson, Gallatin and Yellowstone are only a short drive away. Bear Creek Angler Inn operates in conjunction with Bear Creek Angler Outfitters, a premier fly fishing outfitting business in southwest Montana. Bear Creek Angler Outfitters provides daily and extended fishing trips on all the local rivers as well as the famous Yellowstone spring creeks, smaller mountain streams and lakes. Raft trips with the whole family is an exciting adventure. Overnight back country horse trips into the Absarokee wilderness of the Absaroka mountains are available.

The Inn sits on the 2 Bit Ranch where your hosts breed, train and show American Quarter and American Paint horses. During your stay, you may walk the grounds, observe the daily activities and have the opportunity to view the exceptional livestock.

Directions: From Gallatin Airport, turn right at the airport exit and drive through Belgrade to the second stop sign. Turn left. Continue over the freeway (I-90) to the first stop light. Turn right. You will be on Amsterdam Road

.From Bozeman, drive west on I-90 to exit 298. At the exit stop light, turn left and go over the freeway to the first traffic signal. Turn right. You will be on Amsterdam Road

.From Butte, drive east on I-90 to exit 298. At exit stop sign, turn right. You are now on Amsterdam Road

.Once on Amsterdam Road, drive 4.5 miles to Heeb Road (on right). Turn right and drive 1 mile. The Bear Creek Angler Inn is on the right. 'Watch for the sign'.
