These streams provide good brook trout fishing. The stream averages 8 feet wide and 6 inches deep, with good pools. Silver Butte/ Fisher River, East Fisher River, and he smaller tributaries provide excellent back country fishing. Access to the stream is not difficult, but the area is quite isolated.

Directions: McGinnis Creek maybe reached from US Highway 2 an McGinnis Road 516. The creek is mostly on private land an permission should be obtained before fishing. The Silver Butte--East Fish River may be reached from US Highway 2 and Silver Butte Road 148.
