Voted among the top 10 Best New Affordable Golf Courses in the US by Golf Digest in 1997, and Montana's second best course in 1999 by Gold Digest. Most recently, the Flathead Valley was selected among the top 50 greatest golf destinations in the world by Golf Digest (Sept. 2000), which the article specifically mentioned Northern Pines.

From Whitefish, Northern Pines is 7 miles south on Highway 93.
From Highway 2 driving west, turn right on Main then head north approximately 2 miles.
From Highway 2 driving east, turn left on Main then head north approximately 2 miles.
