Whitefish Brewing Company, nestled in the north Flathead Valley at the foot of Big Mountain Ski Resort, began brewing beer in Whitefish in July of 1991 after contract brewing for the four previous years through Montana Beverages in Helena, Montana Over the succeeding seven years Whitefish Brewing Company has grown from a 3 bbl pilot brewery to a 20 bbl gas-fired system. The bottling line went into service January 1, 1996, producing a 22oz package for Montana Nut Brown and Montana Cream Ale. Montana Nut Brown is also available in 12 oz bottles and we currently have a special Montana Porter in kegs and 22oz bottles.

Directions: The Whitefish Brewing Company is located on Highway 935, 4/10 mile south of Coffee Traders in whitefish. Stop in for tours and tastings daily.
