The Charlie Russell Chew Choo presents a unique 3 1/2 hour scenic train ride aboard 1950's vintage cars. Travel over three 150 foot trestles built as early as 1926 and through a 1/2 mile tunnel. Enjoy the dramatic valleys and wide open spaces some inaccessible by vehicle. Vibrant colors await you all year round. Wildlife is abundant and bucks in velvet are close at hand.

Regular season is Saturdays; June through September. We will not be running on June 18th 2005. Special trains are available year round. Some special trains will be Montana Cowboy Poetry Gathering and December 31, New Year's Eve.

Directions: The Charlie Russell Chew-Choo boarding site is located 11 miles north west of Lewistown just past the Spring Creek Timbered Trestle. Drive north on Highway 191 for 3 miles, turn left on the Highway 426 for 8 miles where you will run right into us.
