Theater In The Park |
Enjoy a summer evening in Makoshika State Park with a catered dinner followed by a theater presentation at the Makoshika Amphitheater. Recently renovated, the amphitheater provides outstanding natural acoustics, comfortable seating and new restrooms. The amphitheater is surrounded by some of the most spectacular badlands formations found in eastern Montana. Makoshika State Park has an interpretive visitor center, a developed campground, a group use area, frisbee golf, hiking trails and numerous picnic and primitive camping sites.
Directions: Theater In The Park is located in Makoshika State Park. Take I-94 Glendive Exits and follow signs two to three miles through town to Makoshika State Park. The amphitheater is located inside the state park.
