The traditional Christmas Tea and Program at the Ravalli County Museum is planned from 1:00pm to 4:00pm Sunday, December 19.
The Museum is decorated with boughs, heirloom decorations, toys, and old fashioned beautiful gifts. The giant Christmas tree will adorn the old courtroom.
Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus will arrive sometime between 1:00pm and 1:30pm to check the wish lists of juniors and seniors who have been good all year.
The Grace Lutheran Bell Choir, under the leadership of Robin Stahlecker, is planning another delightful holiday concert beginning at 2:00pm. Their music makes the season even more magical than it otherwise would be.
We do encourage children to come to the tea with an adult. It gives them a change to dress up, meet Santa and enjoy the tea, serving cookies or cake. The Bell Choir is a program that young people enjoy.
At 3:00pm, the historical society will be presenting Certificates of Appreciation to the many volunteer that help the museum stay open.
Directions: Christmas Tea will be held at the Ravalli County Museum, which is located 2 blocks south of Main Street between 2nd and 3rd Streets on Bedford Street.
