A celebration of the fabulous native purple fruit, the annual wild huckleberry harvest is the theme for music and entertainment, an art fair and a huckleberry cook-off. Held in downtown Whitefish, this three-day annual event also features crafts, a pie-eating contest, a treasure hunt, sidewalk sales, street dance and lots of family fun. Restaurants offer signature huckleberry flavored drinks, entrees and desserts in honor of the grizzly bears' favorite food.
Directions: Huckleberry Days will be held on at various venues throughout Whitefish.
