Daniels County has the best family fair in northeastern Montana. This fair features rodeo action, demolition derby, music, a night show, 4-H events, open class exhibits, carnival, petting zoo, commercial exhibits and parade.The dates for the Daniels County Fair are August 8, 9, 10, 2005. Judging takes place on Monday. We Have 4-H exhibits and open class exhibits. An NRA rodeo will be Monday night. Carnival and free stage all three days. Tuesday evening is the night show. The petting zoo will be there all three days. There will be a parade on Wednesday at noon and the 4-H Livestock sale at 3:30 pm. Wednesday night will be the Demolition Derby.
Directions: Daniels County Fair is located by going north, make left turn after railroad tracks past baseball field. Commercial airlines to Scobey will be at Wolf Point on Big Sky airlines. Scobey is located 50 miles north of the junction of Highway 2 and Highway 13. Highway 13 goes north through Scobey. The Daniels Country Fair is located on Fairgrounds Road. Turn left just after the railroad track past the baseball field, and you will be right there.
