The Sunrise Festival Of The Arts is one of eastern Montana's premier events with an attendance of thousands. The finest artists and crafters in a 3-state area display and sell their creations in scenic Central Park beneath colorful canopies. Free entertainment is provided all day long on the pavilion stage with acts changing each half hour. The food fair provides an interesting and tantalizing variety of cuisine from Mexican to Indian fry bread. Leave the children at the Kids Korner while you browse; they'll be entertained with a variety of kid crafts, games, etc. Before you leave the festival take your children to the KidCare Project booth where they can have a photo ID take and be fingerprinted. Enjoy the quilt show put on by area quilters. The colors and patterns will mesmerize. There will be over 50 drawings throughout the day for prizes ranging from pizza to a valuable piece of fine art. Truly a full day for the entire family.
