Pitchfork Steak Catering is ready to 'cater' to your needs. We provide everything but the tables and chairs. Our main attraction --PITCHFORK STEAKS--are fondued in suet in a large kettle over an open flame. These top sirloin steaks are deliciously marinated overnight and when deep fried are extremely juicy and tender. Our basic menu consists of the following: Top sirloin steak served on a homemade bun, baked potatoes and/or deep fried jojos, homemade baked beans, pasta salad, caesar salad, relish tray, fresh fruit tray, homemade maple sticks, iced tea and coffee. Although this is our main menu, we are always flexible, and will prepare any desired menu.
