Shanley Ridge Trail (401) is an access trail to the Youngs Creek drainage in the Bob Marshall, from the Cottonwood Creek Road. It's west of Monture Creek at the end of a road with a seasonal closure.

Length: 6.7 miles.Trail Begins: Junction with Forest Road 602.Trail Ends: Forest boundary, Flathead National Forest Trail 284, Ross Creek

Directions: Cottonwood Creek Road from Highway 83 or Monture Creek Road. North on Road 602. The trail starts at the end. Road 602 is closed to motorized vehicles October 15 to May 15.
