Ear Mountain is a Wildlife Management Area with access to the North Fork of Willow Creek. It encompasses 3,047 acres.

Management goal: To provide wildlife habitat for mule deer, bighorn sheep, grizzly bears and black bears, and access to public lands along the Rocky Mountain Front.

Hunting opportunities: Archery and gun seasons for white-tailed mule deer, elk (see regulations for details), black bear and grouse are open to licensed hunters. Permits are required for bighorn sheep hunting

.Wildlife viewing: Elk, mule and white-tailed deer, bighorn sheep, black and grizzly bears, raptors and songbirds can be found through much of the year. The Wildlife Management Area is closed to all visitation from the end of the big game hunting season until May 15 each year.

Directions: In western Teton County, 22 miles west of Choteau, 75 miles northwest of Great Falls. From Montana Highway 287 0.5 mile south of Choteau, turn west on Bellview Road (at Pishkun Reservoir sign). Continue past turnoff to Pishkun Reservoir (about 5 miles out) and proceed roughly 17 more miles to trailhead on the Wildlife Management Area's eastern border. There is no vehicular access inside the Wildlife Management Area.
