Manuel Lisa is a state fishing access site located in south central Montana. Fishing and boating may be enjoyed on the Big Horn River. Close to the mouth of the Yellowstone River. A boat launch is provided for carry-in launching only. Tent camping is permitted, toilets available. 7 day stay limit.

Directions: Manuel Lisa Fishing Access Site is located 6 miles east of Custer on Frontage Road.
