Palisades Campground is located along the Madison River in southwest Montana at an elevation of 5500 feet and encompassing 80 acres. There are 11 campsites and a day area. Primitive toilets, tables, fire rings, pack in, pack out garbage. Boat ramp that can accommodate 2 wheel drive/trailer. Water available. Scenic mountain views of Madison Range and Palisades running along west side of river. Fee required and a 14 day stay limit.

Directions: Palisades is located 26 miles south of Ennis on US Highway 287 and then 1 mile west.
