Cromwell Dixon Campground is located in Helena National Forest in southwest Montana. The site was named after the first aviator to cross the Continental Divide (1911). At an elevation of 6325 feet, The Cromwell Dixon Campground covers an area of 9 acres with 14 camp sites and 9 trailer sites. The maximum trailer length is 22 feet. It is a pleasant forest setting in a group of pine trees surrounded by grasslands. Campsites are spacious. Children and pets have room to run on the prairie lands. Water and toilets are available. The duration of your stay at the campground may not exceed 14 days. Fee required.
