Five A-frame extensions expand the spacious, custom interior. With big windows throughout, there are gorgeous views from everywhere in this wonderful, secluded hideaway.
The 1300 sq. ft. loft level features a king size bed and a large bathroom. The main level has a full bath, bedroom with queen size bed as well as a pull out queen size sleeper sofa in the main living room. The spiral staircase leads down to a two-room apartment with a full bath, kitchenette and separate entrance. Additional features include a gourmet kitchen, spacious dining room, satellite television, DVD/VCR with video library, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, Stairmaster & Total Gym. Outside, enjoy stargazing or the views from a huge wrap-around deck. Walk through our private forested trails, or relax around a campfire in the pit surrounded by log benches.
Located 45 minutes from Glacier Park and the Bob Marshall Wilderness; close to Big Mountain and Blacktail Mountain ski resorts. An excellent home base for exploring the area!
Directions: Lion Mountain Chalet is located about 2 hours north of Missoula, MT and 15 minutes south of Kalispell, MT. The closest airport is Glacier International (FCA), an easy 25-minute ride away. A four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended in the winter.
