Bike For Shelter

There are several rides to choose from: a Bike Rodeo, where kids can learn bike and road safety; 2-mile, 10-mile, 20-mile, or 50-mile rides. All participants will receive a Bike for Shelter T-shirt, barbecue, refreshments, entry into a drawing to win a new mountain bike and every child will receive a medal.

Other activities include miniature horses, inflatable jumping gyms, sack races, face painting, live music, a bike exhibition, a ride on the Montana Rail Link locomotive, and our friend Marty Moose will be handing out balloons.

Registration forms are available at our website or at any of the following sponsors or call Watson Children's Shelter. Early registration by May 2nd is $9.00 for children, $15.00 for adults or $30.00 for families (unlimited.)

Sponsors: Montana Rail Link, Muralt's Travel Plaza, Community Bank Missoula, Fisher Radio, KPAX-TV, Pepsi, Ashley Furniture Home Store, Sean Kelly's, Smurfit-Stone, and Super Wal-Mart.

All proceeds benefit Watson Children's Shelter, providing emergency shelter for children who are victims of abuse, neglect, or family crisis.

Directions: Bike For Shelter will be at the Community Medical Center parking lot on Fort Missoula Road

.Heading south on Reserve Street, turn right onto Fort Missoula Road. Heading north on Reserve Street, turn left onto Fort Missoula Road

.Park in the Community Medical Center parking lot or other identified areas.
