National Trappers Association Western Convention will be held in Miles City on June 24-25, 2005. The location will be the Eastern Montana Fairgrounds. This offers an opportunity for interested individuals to attend and learn about local, state and national trapping activities,including proper trap setting, fur handling and selling. The convention is more than a gathering of trappers, as there are booths with craft items, such as hand forged knives, leather goods, moccasins and tanned fur just to name a few.

Also, those attending are able to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the cultural and historical significance of Eastern Montana.

Directions: National Trappers Association Western Convention will be held at the Eastern Montana Fairgrounds in Miles City. Use Exit 135, Interstate 94, proceed 1 mile east on Montana #12.
