6th Annual Heritage Days Quilt Show & Celebration started in 1999 to raise funds for local museum site building's and refurbishing. A quilt has always been raffled and monies used to finish buildings moved to Hi-Country Museum site preparing for Lewis & Clark Centennial. Goal of society has been to preserve the artifacts of Lincoln area in mining, logging, agriculture and forestry for future generations. A book, Gold Pans and Single Trees, printed of area on early homesteaders, and businesses in 1994. In 2003, we had a authentic Indian beading taught by Esther Burnett Brockbank of Whitehall, a descendent of Sacajawea and one of our highlights for 2005. Another highlight will be hands on quilting on a quilt frame over 100 years old, by Trudy Armstrong and Carla Anderson.
