Take Your Kids to the Snow Week |
Take Your Children to the Snow Week will take place Monday, January 26 through Monday, February 2, 2004. Picabo Street, Olympic gold medalist in Alpine skiing, and Nina Kemppel, Nordic ski champion, will again serve as national spokeswomen. The event is supported and promoted by Snow Sports Association for Women (SSAW) as a national snow industry grassroots event to promote girls' and women's participation in all snow sports.
This year, as in years past, Big Mountain will hold 'Children's Week' to encourage all youngsters to give snow sports a try. Special Junior lift tickets for $17 will be available the whole week. We invite parents to come with their kids and celebrate family days on our mountain. There are ski and snowboard runs for all levels.

Directions: Big Mountain Resort is located 36 miles west of Glacier National Park, 23 miles from Kalispell and 8 miles north of Whitefish, Montana off North/South Highway U.S. 93 and East/West U.S. Highway 2.
