Demo Derby |
The Miles City Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Demolition Derby at the Eastern Montana Fair. We will have a grudge match, a pitman race, a powder puff race, and the best paint job.
Adult admission is $6.00, children six to 12 is $3.00 and under six is free.
Come and enjoy the fun and excitement Sunday, August 28th at the Eastern Montana Fair.
Entry fee is $50 prior to 4:00pm on Friday, August 26th; after that the entry fee is $75 Racing consists of eight heats with seven cars per heat. The final heat will be the Grand Finale with the winner taking home $1000 cash .and a trophy; second place is $500 and third place is $250 cash. This year we will have snowmobile mud races between some of the heats.
This year we are changing the powder puff heat to a major heat where the ladies can have a fresh car of their own. They have the option to advance on to the Grand Finale heat.
Directions: The Demolition Derby will held at the County fairgrounds. The #135 exit is the easiest to enter the fairgrounds. Take the highway into town and turn on Gary Owen road at the big brown and white bull sign.
