Sheridan Summer Festival |
The Annual Sheridan Summer Festival starts at 5:30pm, July 29, 2005. Join us at the Sheridan City Park for a western barbecue and kick up your heels at the street dance sponsored by the Ruby Valley Chamber of Commerce. Saturday activities begin early with a Fun Run at 8:00am, sponsored by the Ruby Valley Hospital and Physical Therapy Department. The Main Street parade begins at 11:00am. After the parade, there will be Crazee Days on Main Street. The annual benefit auction begins at noon at the park with a vast array of items auctioned. The Park will be filled with children's games, 'Vittles and Verse' featuring cowboy poets and decadent homemade pies, Bingo, many different food and beverage items will be offered, and crafters will be displaying and selling their wares. This is a fun event for all ages.
Directions: Sheridan Summer Festival's main events will be located in the Sheridan City Park, which is one block up from Main street. Craze Days will be located at the Merchants on Main Street.
