Laurel Farmers Market |
Every Wednesday the Laurel Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the Farmer's Markets and Flea Markets while local businesses will keep their doors open for a little extra shopping time. Area farmers bring their produce into town for the sales, while local bakeries provide baked goods. Other items for the markets include homemade noodles, pies baked items, fresh cut flowers, vegetables and locally raised chickens. From time to time, entertainment will be provided by the local choir groups, barbershop quartets and other musical groups. The Farmer's Markets will be held at Laurel's newest park, the Town Square Park in the center of downtown Laurel. The markets will begin on Wednesday, July 20thand continue each Wednesday until October 5th (weather permitting).
The markets will begin at 4:00pm and last until dark. For additional information, call Kim at the Laurel Chamber of Commerce 406-628-8105.
Directions: Laurel Farmers Market is held every Wednesday evening at the Town Square Park. Town Square Park is located on First Avenue across the street from Yellowstone Bank.
