JAZZ defines a wide variety of music types which is what you'll discover at the 6th annual Helena Jazz Jubilee in Montana's capital city. Swing, big band, rompin', stompin' Mari Gras sounds, pop, ragtime, classic or hot Zydeco can be heard through-out the indoor venue sites. You can enjoy the bands with your listening ear, or you can dance your feet off with the diversity of music, music, music!! We have youth bands blowing their new-found flavor of sweet and sentimental sounds, dance floors to keep your feet bouncing and your hips gyrating, costume and parasol contests to strut your stuff and the friendliest people you'd ever want to meet with a fantastic crew that keeps the jazz happening!!
2005 Line-up features: Blue Street, Gator Beat, Blue Renditions, Sleeping Giant All-Star Jazz Band, JAS'M, Capital City Jubilee All-Stars, Hume Street. Special Guests: Bob Draga, Jeff Barnhart, Danny Coots, Sherri Colby, and more surprises to be announced!!
