Western Art Roundup |
The 2005 Western Art Roundup Exhibit, including Quick Draw and Auction, coincides with the world-famous Miles City Bucking Horse Sale. The Quick Draw and Auction follows the Bucking Horse Parade on Saturday morning and takes place in City Park on Main Street in Miles City. The Quick Draw features 15 to 20 artists who each create a piece of art within a half hour which are auctioned to the highest bidders among the audience in the Park following completion of artworks.
Directions: Western Art Roundup is located at the Custer County Art Heritage Center in Miles City, just 2 miles off Interstate 94. Take exit 135, follow the road to our sign and turn on Waterplant Road. Housed in an historic 1910 municipal water treatment plant, the Art Center is located in scenic Waterplant Park and overlooks the Yellowstone River.
