Saturday morning, the Conrad Lions Club kicks off the celebration with a free breakfast at 7:00am. Conrad's youth then participate in a parade all their own. The older folks get their chance in the main parade which begins at 10:00am. Many of the Antique Car Show participants join the parade. The Show's conveyances are then parked and available for a closer look. In anticipation of the year 2003, Conrad Whoop-Up Days' sponsor, Lion's Club, remodeled the rodeo grounds installing new seating areas, restrooms and food booths. The rodeo begins at 2:00 and kicks off the spring rodeo circuit with a NRA rodeo. After a day of activity, the Country Music Showdown sponsored by the KSEN-K96FM, highlights Saturday evening. Area talent participate for a opportunity to showcase their talents in Nashville. Sunday afternoon, the rodeo continues. A variety of other activities include sheep-riding, a fun run/walk and softball tournaments which are scheduled throughout the entire weekend at the Pondera Sport's Complex.
Directions: Whoop - Up Days will be located in Conrad off I-15. Parade on Main street, antique car show, rodeo etc at rodeo grounds - follow signs. 3 miles NE of town. KSEN Country Showdown Saturday night.
