Lewis and Clark Caverns State Park offers candlelight tours on December 18, 19, 27 and 28, weather permitting. Reservations are required. See the cave as the original discoverers did, by candlelight. These guided tours take 2 hours and require a 2 mile round trip walk. Visitors should be prepared to hike outside in winter time conditions to the mouth of the cave. Be prepared for snow and cold temperatures. Candles and lantern are provided with the cost of the tour.

Reservations required. Reservations accepted starting on Monday, November 29, at the park office (406) 287-3541.

Directions: Lewis and Clark Caverns are located 14 miles east of Whitehall or 19 miles west of Three Forks on MT Route 2.
